Located in Çengelköy, one of Üsküdar’s most valuable neighborhoods, the Basko Housing Complex is undergoing a comprehensive urban transformation process carried out by Emlak Planlama İnşaat Proje Yönetimi ve Ticaret A.Ş., a subsidiary of Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Company. With an investment value of 1,595,058,192 TL, the project aims to bring a modern residential area to the region.

447 New Residences for a Modern Lifestyle

Situated at Istanbul Province, Üsküdar District, Çengelköy Neighborhood, parcel 1151/380, the project involves the construction of 447 housing units. Rising on a land area of 23,688.46 square meters, the total construction area is planned to cover 87,640.56 square meters. The old Basko Housing Complex in the same area was demolished as part of the transformation process, and preparation works for the new development have been completed.

19 Blocks Offering 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 Apartment Options

The project will include a total of 19 blocks, named A1-1, A2-1, A2-2, B1 through B10, and C1 through C6. Each block is designed to include four basement floors, a ground floor, and three regular floors. Apartment types consist of 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 options. The Basko Housing Complex will not feature any commercial areas or swimming pools, focusing entirely on residential living.

Prime Central Location

The new Basko Housing Complex stands out with its proximity to key locations in Üsküdar. To the west of the project site is Üsküdar Family Health Center No. 21, 65 meters to the east is Boğaziçi Cemevi, 130 meters to the southeast is Şehit İbrahim Turan Mosque, 150 meters to the northeast is Şehit Eren Bülbül Park, 300 meters to the southwest is Uğur Schools, and 480 meters to the southwest is Büyük Çamlıca Mosque. This location offers residents a rich social and cultural environment.

Construction and Operation Process

During the construction phase, approximately 400 personnel will be employed, while a 30-person team will operate the site after completion. It is estimated that an average of 1,341 people will reside in the 447 apartments once occupied, bringing the total population within the project area to around 1,371. This new community is expected to bring fresh vitality to the region.

To Be Completed in 24 Months

Construction work for the Basko Housing Complex urban transformation project is planned to take place six days a week between 08:00 and 18:00. The excavation phase is expected to last seven months, with the overall construction process targeted for completion within 24 months.

Üsküdar Basko Housing Complex will add new value to the region with its architecture designed for modern urban life, robust infrastructure, and central location. Developed under the assurance of Emlak Konut GYO, the project is set to become one of the most significant examples of urban transformation in Çengelköy.
